By utilizing advanced chemical etching and precision physical spraying, our factories create uniform micro-geometric topography on the surface of ultra-clear aluminosilicate and high-grade soda-lime glass. This microscopic texture reduces specular reflection into diffuse reflection without compromising high-resolution display sharpness, eliminating the "sparkle" effect commonly found on sub-par anti-glare glass.
Furthermore, Malaysian commercial and military-grade applications mandate stringent mechanical reliability. Through multi-stage salt-bath chemical strengthening and high-precision physical tempering furnaces, our cover glass achieves surface stress ratings in excess of 650 MPa and CS depths exceeding 30μm, ensuring compliance with IK07 to IK10 impact resistance benchmarks. In addition, customized multi-color ceramic silk-screen printing provides complete design flexibility for custom bezels, integrated camera apertures, and covert dead-front sensor icons.
