OCA Optical Adhesives

Full range of 3M™ OCA series (e.g., 8305, 8146, 821X) - offering high transmittance (>90%), excellent adhesion, and ITO compatibility.
Also support Japanese and Korean OCA brands, with thickness from μm-300μm.
Suitable for glass-to-glass, glass-to-PET, glass-to-sensor, and other substrate combinations.

3M Tapes

Precision die-cut and pre-lamination of 3M industrial tapes (double-sided, light-blocking, structural adhesives, etc.)
Ideal for frame bonding, component fixing, and window attachment.

1. What cover glass bonding methods do you support?

We support mainstream cover-to-touch panel / display bonding processes and can match customers’ existing equipment and process parameters. We also offer pre-applied OCA, 3M adhesive, and other options for direct client-side bonding.
2. Can you supply cover glass with OCA or 3M adhesive pre-applied?

Yes. We support pre-laminating cover glass with OCA optical adhesive or 3M adhesive. Adhesive type, thickness, and viscosity can be customized according to the customer’s display and bonding requirements.
3. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? How long does sampling take?

We support small-batch sampling and flexible MOQ. Standard sampling lead time depends on complexity; exact delivery schedules will be provided after discussion. Mass production supports stable high-volume delivery.
4. Can thickness, cutouts, silkscreen, and surface treatment be customized?

Fully customizable. Thickness, irregular cutouts, silkscreen content and color, as well as AG/AR/AF and other surface treatments can all be customized according to drawings or samples.
5. How do you ensure bonding performance and reliability for pre-applied adhesive products?

We select matching adhesive types and parameters based on the customer’s bonding process, strictly control adhesive layer uniformity and cleanliness, and cooperate with customers on validation. Appearance and key performance checks are performed before shipment to minimize client-side bonding risks.
