      Advantages: Compared to standard soda-lime glass (85-88% light transmittance), it significantly enhances display brightness and clarity while minimizing light loss in screen applications.
    2. Low optical distortion
      The chemical tempering process avoids high-temperature physical deformation, ensuring glass flatness tolerance ≤0.01mm/100mm. Light transmission exhibits no refractive distortion or rippling, meeting imaging requirements for high-precision optical sensors (e.g., fingerprint recognition and facial recognition lenses).
    3. Customizable Optical Functions
      Supports layered optical coatings including AG anti-glare and AF anti-fingerprint:
      AG Treatment: Surface haze controlled at 5-15% to eliminate mirror reflections, suitable for high-brightness environments like outdoor displays and automotive HUDs;
      AF Treatment: Surface water contact angle ≥110°, oil contact angle ≥95°, provides fingerprint resistance and easy cleaning while enhancing touch responsiveness.

    1. High-Precision Custom Sizing
      Supports laser cutting and irregular shape processing with dimensional tolerances controlled within ±0.01mm and thickness tolerances ≤±0.005mm. Capable of micro-aperture processing (aperture ≥0.3mm) and narrow bezel cutting (bezel width ≥0.5mm), meeting miniaturization requirements for smartwatch dials and micro-sensor windows.
    2. Strong compatibility with screen printing processes
      High surface flatness enables direct high-precision screen printing (mesh count ≥400), with pattern accuracy of ±0.02mm and edges free of jaggedness or ink bleed; Compatible with UV-curable inks or low-temperature sintering inks. Screen-printed layer adhesion meets GB/T 9286-1998 Grade 1 (no peeling in cross-hatch adhesion test). Suitable for printing logos, light-shielding borders, conductive circuits, etc.

    •  Composition: Mainly composed of silicon dioxide (SiO₂, approximately 70%), sodium oxide (Na₂O), and calcium oxide (CaO).
    • Characteristics: Easy to produce, low cost, but poor thermal stability and brittle.

    2. Borosilicate Glass (Heat-Resistant Glass)

    • Composition: Based on soda-lime glass, boron oxide (B₂O₃) is added.

    3. Aluminosilicate Glass

    4. Quartz Glass

    • Composition: Silicon dioxide (SiO₂) content is above 99%.
    • Characteristics: Excellent heat resistance (softening point up to 1700℃), wide light transmission spectrum (from ultraviolet to infrared), high purity, and excellent chemical stability. However, it is expensive.
    • Applications: Semiconductor industry, optical devices, observation windows in high-temperature furnaces, ultraviolet lamps, etc.
