While display manufacturers continuously push the limits of refresh rates (up to 360Hz and 540Hz) and response times, optical clarity remains a critical performance bottleneck. Ambient light glare on a glossy monitor screen can obscure vital in-game details, slow down visual reaction times, and induce eye strain during marathon training sessions.
Anti-Glare (AG) cover glass has emerged as the definitive solution to mitigate these reflections. However, applying standard AG glass to high-resolution, high-PPI gaming panels introduces a secondary challenge: "sparkle" or scintillation. This is where precise AG glass haze control becomes crucial. Haze control refers to the engineered manipulation of light scattering across the glass surface, optimizing the balance between reflection reduction and image sharpness.
