Withstands minor bumps and friction during daily use. Should accidental breakage occur, it shatters into small, rounded particles without sharp edges, minimizing cut risks. Operates reliably across a wide temperature range of -30°C to 120°C, making it suitable for outdoor LED lighting (e.g., garden lights, street lamps) in extreme conditions and indoor applications with prolonged heat exposure. Resists cracking and deformation, significantly extending the lifespan of LED fixtures.
2. Process Advantages: Utilizing high-temperature ceramic ink printing followed by sintering and curing at temperatures exceeding 800°C, the design fuses seamlessly with the glass surface. Adhesion meets the 5B standard (highest grade) in the cross-hatch adhesion test, ensuring no ink peeling or fading over extended use. This significantly surpasses the weather resistance of conventional screen printing.
